INFORMATION AVAILABLE – PUBLICATION SCHEME

Under the Freedom of Information Act the Hartshorne Parish Council has agreed
to make the following information available to the public, for example:-
Who’s who on the Council, contact details and
office address can be obtained free of charge from the Parish Council Website
(please click on ‘The Parish Council’ on the navigation bar on the left side of
this page). The web site contains other Parish Council News and
Information, local history and local information.
Information relating to the Concurrent Functions and Precept Budgets,
Standing Orders, Grants and Allowances can be obtained from the Parish Clerk (Tel: 01283
734962). Copies of the Information will be provided at cost.
Copies of the Agenda and Minutes can be viewed on the Parish web site or copies
can be provided cost. Agendas are also posted on the Parish Council
Notice Boards.
Meetings of the Parish Council are held periodically throughout the year these
will posted on the Noticeboards at least 7 days prior to the meeting. Meetings
are held at various locations within the Parish at 7.15 pm. A public participation
session is included.
