AGENDA

1 Public Participation

A period 15 minutes will be made available for members of the public and members of the Council to comment on any matter. The Chairman of the meeting will extend this period if necessary.

2 If the Police Liaison Officer, a County Council or District Council Member is in attendance they will be given the opportunity to raise any relevant matter.

3 Apologies - to receive apologies for absence.

5 Declaration of Members Interests.

To enable Members to declare the existence and nature of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests they have in subsequent agenda items, in accordance with the Parish Council’s Code of Conduct. Interests that become apparent at a later stage in the proceedings may be declared at that time.

6 To confirm the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 11^th July 2022

7 Recreation Grounds:

a. Action plan from the meeting of the Recreation Working Group 13^th June 2022 and SDDC meeting

b. Football pitches- Clubs are requesting an onsite meeting and Woodville Rangers are requesting approval of the Parish Council to install the defibrillator they have had donated to the club onto one of the internal walls in the changing rooms at Goseley
