Derbyshire County Council is responsible for holding the County Records. Most of the archive Hartshorne minutes and newsletters are held there. However, the Parish Council has copies of the more recent minutes and newsletters stored on the Parish Council computer. The Minutes and Agendas since January 2017 are available to view on the Documents Page, as are the Newsletters since 2010.
There are records other than those created by the Parish Council held at the Records Office as well.
