Jones welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Hartshorne
Cricket Club chairman asked the parish council to support a new S106 application.
A resident asked that the parish council support a new application for a nomination of asset for community value at Leewood. The council will consider this matter further.

Clerk confirmed Cllr Muller had sent his apologies and asked that it be
mentioned his community fund has doubled.
District

Cllr Taylor
reported Local Plan information has been released and sites in the area have been
identified for consideration, decisions on sites will not be made until after May
2022. Cllr Taylor recommend that the
parish council respond to the plan by the 5th
December 2022.

Grounds
7a Recreational Grounds RESOLVED Recreational Group meeting to be arranged for the 7th November 2022. Cllr Burley reported a resident has raised
concerns around used needles and condoms and should be reported to the police. Brambles at Sailsbury
Drive to be discussed following a complaint from a resident as they are growing
into her garden. RESOLVED Cllr TUBEY

confirmed 2 x noticeboards have been ordered and will be delivered 11/10/22

pitches Clerk confirmed she has asked the football
clubs for a suitable date and is awaiting a reply
7d Trim
Trail equipment Clerk confirmed she had looked at the S106
funding and evidence is required. To be discussed at recreational meeting.

Clerk confirmed the
actions from the Internal Audit report are continuing

confirmed the Parish and Town Council Liaison Forum is taking place on Monday
17 October 2022
Cllr
Burley reported Goseley Bus Service has been cut and several older people are finding
this difficult. Cllr Coe reported a
local resident has started a petition. RESOLVED
clerk to write to Diamond Bus company asking if they will resume the
service/seek clarity and copy to Cllr Muller.
No notification was received.
Clerk reported she had emailed
the Defib company for an update on the order and is awaiting a reply.
Clerk reported information has
been sent to Cllrs with an update on the East Midlands Airport Airspace
Modernisation programme.
Hartshorne Cricket Club have requested further 106 money for site screens at the cricket club and the due
process is to make the parish council aware and request support for the
application? RESOLVED All Cllrs support the development of the 106 application.

DMPA/2020/1398 (relating to approved plans) for the erection of a boiler store,
car port and the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof on Land Off
Ticknall Road, Hartshorne no observations
DMPA/2022/1155 Outline
application (matters of access and layout, to be considered now with matters of
scale, appearance and landscaping reserved for later consideration) for
erection of a detached dwelling on Land Opposite 104 Ticknall Road, Hartshorne
oppose on the grounds that it is outside the development boundary and
concerned about access onto the road.

Cllr Tubey reported the speedhumps on Repton
Road and Adams close do not comply with the standard
and the edges have started hollowing out.
