Cllr Muller reported the following:

All concerns from the last meeting reported.
All residents must register to continue using recycling centres, Cllr Muller to report that residents have encountered issues when trying to register.
Cllr Smith reported there are big potholes on Greysich Lane which he has reported himself.
Cllr Stevens reported 2 new litter bins have been added on the cutting.

· Clerk confirmed she had attended a session regarding Gov.uk domain for the website and email. Information has been sent to the IT provider and awaiting further information.

· Details of the 2025 Summer Holiday Provision for Parish Councils. Resolved clerk to get figures of attendance.

· Cllr Smith reported an individual driving a tractor around Hartshorne Woods and the footpaths. Resolved clerk to write to Forestry England and cc S Taylor, A Archer

· Cllr Stevens has reported the condition of the state of the bus stop opposite tower road. Resolved clerk to report to S Taylor and confirm frequency of clearing out the gullies

· Cllr Seaton confirmed speed watch will restart in the spring. The police have sent out 135 letters to individuals speeding.
