62/2025 Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman
Cllr Seaton stated that the two year capping discussed
by Cllrs at last years meeting for chair was
unacceptable and that it was
not necessary for a candidate to have a proposer and seconder.
a. Two candidates put themselves forward, those being Councillor Seaton and
Councillor Coe.
RESOLVED Councillor Coe is elected Chairman by one vote and Councillor Handley is
elected Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year.
Cllr A Jones arrived for the meeting at this
point.
63/2025 Fix the
amount of the Chairmans and Vice Chairmans Allowances.
It was proposed by Councillor A Jones and seconded
by Councillor Mrs C Rogers that the allowance for the Chairman is
£50.00 and for the Vice Chairman £25.00.
RESOLVED The Chairman have an allowance of £50.00 and Vice-Chairman have an
allowance of £25.00 for the forthcoming year financial year.
64/2025 Appointment of Members to serve on Working Party of the Parish Council
Finance
a. RESOLVED that the Chairman Mrs K
Coe, Vice Chair, Cllr Smith (in his absence), Cllr P Jones and Cllr A Jones are
appointed to the Finance Working Group.
Recreation
b. RESOLVED that the Chairman,
Vice Chairman, Mrs J Slawson, Mrs J Burley, Mrs C
Roberts, Mr Smith, are appointed to the Recreation Working Group.
c. Allotment
b. RESOLVED that the Chairman,
Vice Chairman, Mrs J Slawson, Mrs N Landsborough, Mr P
Smith, (in their absence) are appointed to the Allotment Working Group.
d. RESOLVED that each Working
Group to meet twice a year. Finance every quarter. Clerk to propose dates for the next meeting.

It was agreed that as the
above meetings are held infrequently and are open to the public;
the Parish Council will ensure that they are represented.

Annual Governance and Accountability Return was considered and agreed and
signed by the Chairman. Cllrs agreed to
the dates of 23th June until 6th
